Vibration Analysis

Using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, ETS determines the condition of your equipment through machine vibration analysis. Surveys provide trend data that reveals any variation in performance that may jeopardize the overall performance of your equipment. ETS interprets survey data to provide you with an accurate and easy-to-understand assessment of your equipment performance as well as recommendations for corrective action.

ETS equipment vibration analysis includes performance evaluation of:

• Engines and motors

• Compressors, turbines generators, cranes, pumps, blowers and fans

• Machine tool spindles

• Drive train components

• Electric motor electrical behavior

• Structural failures such as poor mounting, resonances, and feedback from other machines

• Rotating machinery (identifying potential defects such as bearing failure, gearing faults, drive belt problems, bent or misaligned shafts, coupling faults and driven element faults
